Currently, the share ownership is 99.999% owned by PT Pertamina International Shipping and 0.001% owned by PT Pertamina Pedeve Indonesia.
Along with its development, starting with the name change from PT Pertamina Tongkang to PT Pertamina Trans Kontinental (PTK), as a subsidiary of PT Pertamina International Shipping and a part of Subholding Integrated Marine Logistics, PTK has established itself as a leading company in the field of Shipping for Energy Sector, Marine Services, and Logistics Services.
