The Air-Marine Company was formed in 1981 by its present Managing Director, Mr William Chiew and was originally setup as a freight forwarder and customs clearance agent. For more than 20 years Air-Marine has continually progressed and developed its group of companies, expanding into leading heavy-lift contractors. Using latest technical innovations and equipment's whilst adhering to the strictest safety standards, Air-Marine continues to maintain its excellent record in all of its associated disciplines. The Air Marine group of companies’ headquarters is in Bintulu, Sarawak, Malaysia (E). One of the latest developments in the group’s organization is the formal setup of a Heavy Contracting Division in a separate company called Air Marine Project Engineering. The new division was introduced to further enhance and expand the abilities in the specialized business of handling extremely large and heavy items. Air Marine Project Engineering is a team of experienced heavy lift enthusiasts offering Malaysia and the rest of Asia a complete package of specialized heavy lift and over sized transportation & lifting services. From straight forward low loader transportation to moving ultra heavy items, crane supply or total project solutions. There is nothing too large, too difficult or impossible for us.
