We plan container transports using our TMS system.
Our servicelevel is HIGH.
The forwarders we drive for didn't expect this HIGH servicelevel.
What we mean with HIGH servicelevel:
- Checking vessel arrival
- Checking availability container
- Checking Portbase customs documents
- Contact Shipping Line for pickup/dropoff issues.
- Every morning update for deliveries, we can also contact (un)loading addresses.
- Around noon, checking for next day deliveries
Rarely do we have deadfreight.
