ETUFOR - Empresa de Transporte Urbano de Fortaleza, was created in 1993 as closed mixed capital company, with the Fortaleza city mayor as a major stockholder, to manage the public transport in the city of Fortaleza, Ceará state, Brazil
ETUFOR responsabilities are:
Planning, project development, operation and supervision of regular, school and tourist buses, car and motorcycle taxis and passenger vans;
Issue bus passes for students;
Administration and maintenance of integration bus terminals;
Educational activities for the public transport system users and also for the for qualification of public transport system operators.
