Carriage View Construction was founded by Kelli & Domenic Zavarella in 2013. Both were born and raised in Brantford by parents who worked in the construction/real estate industry. The Zavarella family have been building custom homes as well as renovating homes in the Brantford area for over 47 years. In 1984, after the passing of Domenic's father, Emidio, Domenic took over Zavarella Construction Ltd at the young age of 17 years old. He is highly qualified with 35+ years of hands-on experience in both construction and in development projects. Past projects include: Tranquility Gardens, Oakhill Estates, North Ridge Estates, Highlands on the Nith (Paris) and Lofts of Vittoria, just to name a few. Domenic has proudly served as President with the Brantford Home Builders Association (BHBA) in 1995 and volunteered on their board of directors for 15 years. He is the past recipient of the BHBA’s ‘Award of Merit’. On the National stage, Domenic has been recognized from the Canadian Home Builders Association for Innovative designs. Other accomplishments include receiving numerous awards from the Ontario Home Builders Association.
