In the meantime please allow us to inform our major standard terms condition of cooperation with our overseas partners for your kind consideration : 50/50 profit share on ocean/air freight for joint sales, nomination cargo.supplied rate, ex-work and door charges must be at net-net cost. Monthly settlement on accounting matter, unless for the total monthly statement of account less than USD 500.00 (United State/Five Hundred) in order to avoid bank charges in both side. It can be considered to the next month account balance, but it would kept as long as 60 days and the payment must made by T/T draft. We provide our overseas partners a rebate USD 30.00/document for your shipment going to Jakarta consigned to our company for both LCL and FCL shipment. We also provide a rebate for consolidation shipment as below detail : ? Option.A Rebate :USD145.00/cbm Without B/L condition Local Charges :USD 90/set + USD 20/cbm (min 2) W/h charges :USD 110/cbm (min 2) Storage :USD 0.40/cbm/days (in case of consignee does not release the cargo) ?
