A ‘Design to Delivery’ jeans manufacturing factory based in Maharashtra, India. Our facility is located strategically in government recognised industrial area, just 2 hours from Mumbai airport by road. TIJF presently has a manufacturing capacity of 3 million pieces of denim garments per annum. Our vertically integrated facility is equipped with dedicated R&D, Design, Sampling, Cutting, Embroidery, Stitching, Laser, Handwork, Washing, Finishing, Printing and Transport areas to cater to our customers’ needs quickly without relying on external sources. Over the years we have worked our efforts towards responsible manufacturing methods by investing in waste water treatment plants, renewable energy sources, green chemicals and auxiliaries, eco-efficient finishing technologies etc., to have a sustainable impact on this planet. We are a certified SA8000 & SEDEX 4 Pillar & SEDEX 2 Pillar facility, with a commitment to enhance and strengthen our policies for our buyers & employees, helping us to achieve our ethical goals.
