Opened shop in 1984 as TNT Skypak Nigeria. Changed name in 1992 to Trans-Nationwide Express Plc. Held franchise for TNT until 1998 and Bax Global of USA until 2003. Sought and obtained listing on the Nigerian Stock Exchange (1st tier) in 1993. One of the two Courier Companies quoted on the Nigerian Stock Exchange.
